Irrigation installation in Bellalago is mostly a conversation about trees. - Low ground near the shoreline may stay wet enough that it should be its own zone or no zone at all.
- Any idea of drawing irrigation water straight from the lake needs checking with the association and the water management district before it goes further.

Bellalago has a guarded entrance and an architectural review process:
- Register contractors and delivery vehicles with the gatehouse.
