Got the worst lawn in the county? That might be worth thousands.

We’re launching the Ugliest Lawn in Osceola County contest, and the grand prize is a free, full professional sod replacement — tear-out, grading, fresh sod, the works.

Patchy Bahia. Weeds winning the war. Bare dirt where grass gave up two summers ago. If your front yard makes the neighbors wince, don’t fix it — photograph it. The worse it looks, the better your odds.

How to enter

  1. Take 3–5 honest photos of your front lawn — wide shots, close-ups of the damage, the works. No filters, no tidying up first.
  2. Call (407) 674-2841 and tell us you’re entering the Ugliest Lawn contest. We’ll take your name, address, and photos.
  3. Rally your votes. If your lawn makes the finals, public voting decides the winner — so start campaigning now.

What the winner gets

  • Complete removal of the old lawn and weeds
  • Soil prep and grading by our professional crew
  • Fresh, farm-cut St. Augustine or Zoysia sod (your choice, our recommendation)
  • A custom watering and care schedule for the first 90 days

One winner, one front lawn, completely transformed — free.

Why we’re doing this

Before-and-after photos are the best advertising a sod company can have, and we’d rather earn them by helping a neighbor than buying ads. Every entry gets shared (with permission), the finalists get voted on by the whole county, and one family gets a brand-new lawn.

Fair warning: entries are judged on ugliness, and Central Florida grows some truly spectacular disasters. Bring your worst.

Entries are open now — call (407) 674-2841 to enter.
