Nobody actually knows what Osceola County’s lawns look like. We’re going to find out.
How many lawns in Kissimmee are St. Augustine vs. Bahia? What percentage of St. Cloud yards are fighting weeds right now? What’s the most common lawn problem in Celebration?
Nobody knows — because nobody’s ever counted. So we’re counting.
Our crew is photographing and grading hundreds of lawns across Osceola County — every city we serve, from Buenaventura Lakes to Kenansville — and publishing the results as the first-ever State of Osceola Lawns report. Real local data: grass types, health grades, the most common problems, and how watering habits correlate with lawn condition.
Why this matters
Lawn advice in Florida is 90% anecdote. “My neighbor says…” isn’t data. A real survey means:
- Homeowners get honest benchmarks — is your lawn normal for your neighborhood, or an outlier?
- HOAs and property managers get actual numbers to plan maintenance budgets around.
- Local media and researchers get citable, local, original data instead of national averages that don’t apply to Central Florida soil.
Privacy, handled properly
We photograph only what’s visible from public streets. No addresses, no names, no identifying details will ever appear in the report. And if you’d prefer your property be excluded entirely, call (407) 674-2841 and we’ll remove it from the survey — no questions asked.
